From Highway 101, go east on Third St. After Brookwood Ave., Third St. takes a jog to the right and becomes Montgomery Drive. The Life Learning Center is right across from Memorial Hospital. Enter on the left side of the building as you face it.

Integrative Medical Clinic:
175 Concourse Blvd., Santa Rosa

Exit Highway 101 at Airport Boulevard and go west, toward the airport. Take a right on Concourse Blvd., and an immediate left into the parking lot.

Goat Rock Beach:

Take the River Road exit off Highway 101 and go west, through Guerneville toward Jenner. At the stop sign at the bridge, don't go right toward Jenner. Cross the bridge and there will be a sign for Goat Rock Beach park within a mile or so. Turn right, proceed to the ocean, and make a sharp right to the big parking lot.

If you're coming from Sebastopol, take Bodega Hwy. to the coast, go right at Highway 1. Head north until Goat Rock Beach, then turn left into beach park.

Armstrong Woods:

The reserve is located two miles north of Guerneville on Armstrong Woods Road. From Highway 101- coming North or South- take the River Road exit (in Santa Rosa). Go west on River Road until you reach Guerneville. At the second stop light make a right hand turn onto Armstrong Woods Road. This road will end in the park.
