An Introduction to Meditation Practice

Teacher Diane Moore will offer meditation instruction for beginners using a simple breath awareness practice. This morning session will include an overview of various meditation techniques that can be followed at home and in group settings. Instructions for sitting meditation, walking meditation as well as movement awareness exercises will be included.
This is not a religion but rather a basic zen awareness practice. Emphasis will be given to finding clarity and equanimity within the high-speed confusion of everyday life as well as during sitting practice.
