Location: Kenwood Depot, 314 Warm Springs Road, Kenwood, CA “One of the main discoveries of meditation is seeing how we continually run away from the present moment, how we avoid being here just as we are. That’s not considered to be a problem; the point is to see it.” ~ Pema Chödrön In order to awaken the heart of compassion we must make time to call forward our awareness of both our vulnerability and our resilience. In extended silence and stillness we make room to cultivate more fully the heart’s unlimited potential to live from connectedness and love. This silent weekend retreat with teacher Diane Moore will be offered at the Kenwood Depot. Simple shared sleeping accommodations will be available at Diane’s Kenwood home or you may choose to commute from your own home. Days will be spent in sitting and walking meditation along with opportunities for movement awareness, outdoor walking meditation, and work practice. Dharma talks and one-to-one interviews with Diane will be offered for practice guidance. This weekend schedule:
