A Daylong Practice Intensive

In order to awaken the heart of compassion we must allow time to pause in the stillness and tend to our resistance to life as it is. So often our minds tell us it is all just more than we can bear, or instead, we simply distract ourselves and deny that we are feeling anything at all. Breathing together in this daylong practice intensive, we will encourage awareness of our vulnerability and resilience, our sorrows and our joys, and the gift of embracing the impermanent nature of all things. -- Diane Moore
