This daylong practice intensive will provide an opportunity to explore our futile attempts to maintain control in a world often filled with inner and outer chaos. In the stillness we will be encouraged to witness our individual storylines, and become acquainted with the fears that get in the way of our ability to be present. With gentle awareness we will have the opportunity to reside in our authentic experience of life as it is.
