Relationships with our friends, family, coworkers and politicians all trigger our own inability to stay connected. In order to open to the spaciousness of awareness, we must expose our tight grip on maintaining the straitjacket of the self-centered dream.”
In this day-long retreat we will focus on exposing our futile attempts to hold on to our ideals of how life should be. In stillness we have an opportunity to explore with gentle compassion the ways that we separate ourselves from others, denying the shared experience of life as it is.
