Compassionate Awareness of Life As It Is
Friday, May 2 — Sunday, May 4
In the silence and stillness of Sesshin, we give ourselves the opportunity to experience fully the multidimensional aspect of this precious life. As we commit to staying fully present to the fluctuation of our physical, mental, and emotional state, we create a portal for connecting with awareness to the larger environment that surrounds us. Sesshin offers us the gift of space and time to tend to all aspects of our life with compassion and tenderness rather than just judgment and blaming. ~ Diane Moore, Teacher SRZG
